Thanks Faiza, Amjad & Ali. All selected candidates hv to report to Director Admin, HR & Logistic after obtaining medical fitness certificate from directorate of CHE, ISLAMABAD not later than 15 (fifteen) days of issuance of the offer letter i.e August 17, 2016 . Since I am already a Federal Government employee on same post ( AD) and had applied in DRAP through proper channel therefore I might not require such formalities. I shall discuss my case with them on Monday.

@ asfand .
it seems from shared information that these letter are just for submission of medical fitness certificate only. what about joining? selected candidates will be appointed sharply after submitting these documents within these 15 days OR they have to wait for joining later?
and obtaining medical fitness certificate is easy or require some days??

Are you sure there is no re-medical for existing gov employees?

No, I am not sure in this particular case. But in routine practice they are not supposed to go through such formalities when they move from one department to another. They get themselves relieved from existing department to join new one.

Faiza, Offer letter is self explanatory. It is more than clearly mentioned that it is for candidate's appointment against mentioned post and are issued with the approval of appointing authority. Medical fitness certificate, clearance from security agencies and verification of documents etc may be termed as "Qanooni Shayri". These are very easy to get from concerned authorities. candidates have to report to Director HR for duty i.e posting.
