last month company had advertised the vacancy of a new CEO, it means current CEO shall no longer exist or his status will be changed.

Well, for your information. The current CEO is not full time CEO, he is just acting-CEO since long time and there are more chances that he will be now full time CEO as the post is announced now and he has personal relations with the authorities.

The company will conduct interviews after getting permission from privatization commission. But the point is that the CEO has been reluctant that is why it's been so late. Otherwise, he could have resolved the matter within a week.

Yesterday I asked about why they have not yet given permission to NPGCL on the official facebook page of Privatization Commission.

They replied that PC has not stopped any recruitment rather their emphasis was just to fill the critical posts, and now it is the responsibility of the line ministry to deal with critical posts.

So, conclusion is that PC is not in any way the hindrance in recruitment at the moment and hence NPGCL and JPCL managements are the real culprits for not getting approval up till now or alternatively ministry is not responding to GENCOs.

I guess by critical posts they mean senior management and advertisement for CEO is a testimony to that.

No dear, critical means those posts which are essential for the proper working of the company.

Despite of this CRITICAL word, all the DISCOs have full filled all the advertised posts of SDO without decreasing a single seat.

Moreover FESCO has obtained approval of 15 more seats of SDO than it advertised.

By above discussion, i can assume that there are no chances in near future regarding resumption of hiring process. . As you guys mentioned that DG HR is also retired so i guess they would fill HR position before filling other vacant posts.

I have applied for a post of AM(HR) where the organization did not mention any direct experience for the post but they have mention in beginning of the ad that energetic and experienced candidates should apply for the following posts. after clearing the test and appeared for interview I came to know that I am the only one person with experience among five candidates called for interview. I am on top of the five in test marks also. So can any one tell me that they will consider my experience and assign any marks to that and give me any priority on the basis of my experience or they will decide on the bases of interview only?
