There was only former DG HR Mr. Nizamani who tried to complete recruitment of NTS pass candidates he also sent interview letters but CEO including secratary stop this process of recruitment because they wish when Mr. Nizamani retires they will full their own peoples and what they have done, they have posponed the interviews called by Mr. Nizamani former DG HR JPCL, now you are looking from your own eyes what is going on in the JPCL what are they doing, if you even do not belives i can show you the names which are newly hired & transfered from WAPDA House in HESCO & JPCL, & if you have any prof you can mention me or email me at sajjadhussainjarwar@gmail.com what you have claimed into your previous emails,

Yes JPCL will hire more peoples but on their own choice they already have started this process my dear 12 peoples has been hired and remaining their own peoples will be hired soon in May 2016

DG HR Nizamani sent interview call letters after approval of CEO, if DG HR was sincere he should complete all process within his tenure as he knew that he will retire soon but he took 3 months just for scrutiny after NTS results there was no any CEO or Ministry involved in short listing process he took lots of money from people for hiring in his past career, and also remember if CEO and Ministry wants to hire their own people than there was no need of NTS tests, because after taken NTS tests there are lots of proof available about merit. this is true that Unions are failed to hire their people. Sajjad kindly share the names of newly hired 12 people which you mentioned.

May be it was all pre planned that conduct NTS test and then delay the process and meanwhile induct illegal people by saying that company needs staff immediately.

If hiring start in this year than appointments will be conduct from NTS passed candidates, 5 top candidates will be called against 1 post. I didn't see any appointment yet. If JPCL needs staff than they will use this formula for hiring new people.
