Dear Maven Don't get me wrong, I like your efforts and I have always welcomed to your piece of information. Lets assume that you you are right , now my question is to myself and to all of you should we go for interview and resign from other jobs if we get appointment letter?

It is OK. Im not getting you wrong. If your current job is permanent and good one then dont go for contract based jobs.

Lets drag the person to gallows who shares any info.
Instead of paying gratitude to such efforts we start throwing question marks as if he/she is CEO of JPCL.
respect the info being shared and question the concerned person at jpcl.

Guys Please Don't get me wrong, actually , you know what, I have been so much optimistic about this job that even I've habituated my subconscious mind that I will get this job, that why my attitude gives you such impression that your information is wrong, well its my matter how I interpret , I am soorry If any one hurts, but it my matter I am at the peak of belief.

Just talked to HR , he said all staff will be made permanent after 12 year contract, and said after 1 or 2 weeks jpcl will get green signal from ministry and interview reschedule will be announced.

this delay of 1 or 2 weeks just because of NPGCL. JPCL and NPGCL both are GENCOs and ministry will see appointment matter jointly not separatly and only NPGCL taking time for it.

Answer1: There is not any authorized person to tell us that which post is critical and which is not for JPCL. Answer2: If I were be a CEO of a company than my first choice would be higher qualified professionals for the vacancies, this is a modern policy of employment which is not given permanent jobs, your contract will automatically extend after each year and you will serve as many years as you need as contract employee. Ans3: He must be a stupid who leave his permanent government job just for a contract job.
