As per NPGCL HR person the recruitment process is stopped at the moment and they are awaiting instruction from ministry to resume the process.
Is there same scenario in you guys recruitment of JPCL ?

Dear Shah, Ask this HR person that is NPGCL sent their final critically required posts list to the ministry or not? because Ministry needs combine list from all GENCOs to approve hiring process and only NPGCL is remaining to send their list to the ministry, other GENCOs have done their work. Waiting for your reply..

I contacted a person some days ago and he said ministry said us to first adjust the employees of shutdown plants viz. Shahdara and Piran Ghaib plants.

On the other hand there is a rumor that the current CEO does not want to complete the hiring process in his tenure and NPGCL advertised for CEO on this Friday.

Regarding list I will ask tomorrow IA hope they provide some true information.

Yesterday i called them, the person said that CEO is on Islamabad visit, I don't remember exact wording of him but what i understood was that he said that things will be finalized after he comes back in one or two days.

Today I again called and the same answer that the HR Director is in Lahore and he may come on Monday.

If I understood correctly, you want to say that NPGCL has already sent the list and now ministry is waiting for their second list. Kindly correct me if I did not get your point.

Now if it is really so then too 7-months delay can't be justified.
