Naveed if this test was easy... than you are genius.. i must say.. Completely Pathetic test.. specially questions about the OPF and there was management portion(Only HR Mostly) not a comprehensive management questions...

Test was easy for MBA, MPA background, but it was according to content weightages.

i got 60 and rejected due to irrelevant degree. I am surprised that they dont think Msc. Economics is a relevent degree...

There were 6 vacancies advertised by the OPF as (Pubjab = 03, Women = 01, KPK = 01 and Minority = 01) for the position of Assistant Director (OPF-07). Usually 5 candidates are called against each vacancy. Following are the scores of top ten candidates for the said position:

There are other candidates too who have scored above 60, but were found as rejected on remarks due to one or more reasons. The majority of candidates scored between 35-55 (Range of 20 Marks). Very few scored above 55, and many among those were marked with either "degree/division deficiency" or "overage"

Does anyone know about the expected date for the interviews? Please update
