offcourse... It will take time .. Pehle medical krwao agr reports sahi hoe then they will send to the particular posting place.. Lahore me to koi posting place nhi tha.. Hadd ho gey ab lahore kon jai wo bhi ese post k leye jis ko pta nhi join krna he k nahi .. Same will b for water wing.. Sari khushi khatam...

HahahHa i ll sent snap shoot of letter mujhe to kuch clear samjh nh araha k mention q nh posting place or sb doc police depart se varify krwane hain

What is its meaning?
Is it not permanent job after 2 years?

Yes dear contract job me ye cheezen nhi hoti he.. Mera bra bhai bhi BISP me contract pe select ho gya aur uss k letter me yehi likha tha .. Now he gets full salary thats nearly 37+... he is still working even contract came to end .. now they r given incentive for permanent employee... Wese bhi mere leye best he kyn k bps 14 me mujhe ziada kam bhi nahi krna...

Yes ... Abhi jo salary ho gi uss me pension aur graduity included ho ga.. Ta k agr contract khtam hota he to hum uss k leye claim na kre .. If they will make permanent after two years then they will reduce our salary so that they can set a side a particular amount to pay us in the name of pension and graduaty after our retirement .. Hence contract employee ki salary ziada hoti he ..
