It might be true as i guess there would be three days for interviews (23,24,25) i.e 50 candidates/day for (electronics/telecom) but i'm not sure.

PEC is mandatory for AM Telecom post. I have received a phone call for interview but i do not have PEC reg.

if you have applies for PEC, show them your challan form. May be they allow you. OR you may visit PEC office and tell them your problem, they will issue you PEC within 2-3 days. When is you interview?

I have earned BS Telecom, BS programmes are not accredited by PEC.

I'm afraid to say that you will be disqualified because the organization mentioned in the advertisement that they required BE Engg.
