What are you trying to suggest?? Vacancies are always announced as per federal government quota based on Population of the region and the seats vacant in the respective quota.
You must appreciate that Candidates from Rural Sindh are performing well even though they have lesser chances of geting quality education as compared to candidates of other regions. And Believe me there will be a dozen candidates who would have scored more that you.

bhai, it is totally injustice , Karachi-urban ki ek seat aur rural ki 4. in the previous test low merit from sindh got selected and kpk candidates having greater marks failed because of the quota system. Do not say,you have no education opportunities, if so than kpk candidates are more deprived than you.
