I have called to SHC thrice today at 1230 hrs but none of them received the call after operator's computerised message. I have sent email to them as well. Let's see what happens.

Dear Fellows,
I have called to Assistant registrar again today at 1015 hrs, and tried to inquire about the expected time may take for next phase, but he straight forwardly refused to disclose the required info, while i got the number from IT department of SHC via an email.
Now we have to wait only.

SHC's stubborn reluctance on this matter is far beyond the ordinary pattern of logic.

State gives us a right to information.. Come on !!! SHC
