what types of personal questions ?
how come they can shortlist candidates on the basis of this interview session which stands NOTHING !!
I mean no real questions were asked to assess the level of aptitude and stuff !!

bro they took written test before interview , they just wanted to check basics of candidate.

written test was
1- 10 synonyms
2- 5 antonyms
3- 10 words to use in sentence
4- little bit tricky translation of urdu to english
5- essay writing of 350 words.


mine essay was about the useful usage of mobile ..

And judges had our result of written test in their hands ( mean result was checked in half hour) , so they had good idea of where candidate stands...

Do you have any idea how JCAs are gona be interviewed !!
Did any of you ask SHC staff about this. Coz may be some of you are candidates to both SOA and JCA posts.
So share pls. As the next interview is that of JCAs.

And sukkur candidates were lucky enough to have good number of seats...

and yeah its true that 7 candidates were appeared in the written test and interview and vacant seats were 8...

So there was no point in taking interview about rocket science ( atleast not for sukkur candidates)...

Bro i m sure that JCA interview will be harder , because it can be related to laws and stuff..

As far as SOA is concerned , it is an office related job ,
you can guess what type of interview can be taken from a sub office associate.

they just checked whether he can write and understand english well.
and we already passed the technical test by nts..

I think all the candidates will be called for next process irrespective of typing speed. Posts may be 20, i think.

Certainly, it was on pure merit, we all are witness to this all process. And for Karachi there are 24 seats.

Dear actually for all candidates written test was to check that if the candidates can write something or not. But in case of Sukkur bench interview was just to check candidates' confidence only because of vacant seats were 08 and candidates were 07. This was the reason they asked just general questions to complete process. And one candidate was absent from Sukkur so the chance was given to candidate of Larkana standing on merit list number 5. He was enough lucky to grab one from Sukkur.

Dear still no update. Interview of Karachi has been postponed on 29 April. I think after interviewing Karachi result will be declared. So keep hopes high. :-)

Yes I qualified only initial MCQs test. but did not qualify second descriptive test
