well only 14 candidates have been recommended for HQ ptcl. 14
khair only 2 are from marketing (including me) 3 Hr, 1 finance and rest are IT one. So our orientation will be held tomorrow at ptcl academy H-9. I heard at F-5 office there quite alot of people who have been selected. as far as HQ only 14

Dear I know the recruitment process was not clear, even candidates with higher nts marks are rejected and lower are selected. They interviewed very well but still rejected , it means marks does not matter....Was interview weight-age much high? Dear you are educated , It is the age of media, you can register your complaints using many platforms i.e. social media, blogs etc. so that it reaches the top management, and you get what you deserves.

Bro i don't think so there was anything wrong in selection process. I was on top in Lahore in finance and accounting and thereby recommended for CTH Lahore building. Tomorrow is gonna be our training session. Better luck next time.

I can agree wd u on ds that marks doesnt matter. But 2.3gpa wala bnda hu jae is somewhat not acceptable!!
And I knw only 10 candidates interviewed, he is one of them. And bakio ka kch nae keh skta.

I am not saying all was wrong. But on this exmple, I know, shows something else. It maybe there are too.

Dear I am just giving few examples , I have seen, not saying that everywhere the process was wrong. few cases I have seen , Top in marks but still rejected on the base of interview. And I also know how were they interviewed ...... was just a time-pas......Again I must say a few cases....but for those few people it was much of importance....Do not know how were they judged in interview. bad-luck for those. Try luck in other places

it's matter of chances. In hyderabad region, candidates who got low marks received appointment call, but i got high marks still rejected. Even though my interview went well. I think it's all about chances, this time it was their chance not mine.

anyone who attended the orientation session? how did it go? and can we still attend tomorrow's session if we missed out today?

Today's session was great.. Lunch and tea break then they offered acommodation to those who were out Lahore.. Can't say anything about this either you can attend tomorrow's session or not..
