please anybody help me with bio data form.....what dates should we use in result declaration ....either result announcement date (which most probably I don't remember exact date)...or.... the dates mention on result certificate ....i-e my metric result announced in 2006 but I got certificate from board in 2009 (date mention on cerficate is 2009)..........Please help me fast.

Write approx. dates of result declaration or dates mentioned on mark sheets.
Even if you got certificate in 2009, date mentioned on it will be 2006.

Question Physical test
I belong to Larkana city. And my domicile is also Larkana based as per my permanent address because I studied till Intermediate there. However, I have been living in Hyderabad city for last 10 years. And vote is also registered in Hyderabad. ................. NOw for Physical test, am I supposed to go to Larkana city for physical test or it is also fine If I get from Medical Officer at Services Hospital in Hyderabad?
