Default 2nd division or equal CGPA.

45% marks 2nd division in annual system. Can anyone know how much CGPA out of total 4 equal 2nd division of annual system. For many jobs requirments i read (2nd division or equal CGPA)

some institutions consider 50% and above as second division so i guess CGPA 2 out of 4 will be considered as second division. If we consider 45% as cut-off then 1.8CGPA.
Different universities also have different conversion formulas.

Every university has its own rules. Visit your university for percentage-CGPA conversion or Division certificate.

ACCORDING TO HEC PAKISTAN

percentage>=40...... 1+(percentage-40)*0.079

your cgpa will be

1+ (45-40)x0.079 = 1.395 = 1.39

in According to Bachelors degree the grade will be "D" and division will be 4th.

you need to mention your board/university name for correct accurate information.

stay blessed
