Generally interview is conducted by NTS representatives or department concerned.
Actually I never gone that far that why guide please.

By Department concerned. NTS is test conducting agency that conducts tests on behalf of its clients.

I have received a text from NTS to confirm my availability by replying with (YES or NO) within 20 hours on this number 0310-2040300 but the message is not sending on this number. What should I do?

So what you replied to the concern authority, today i again received the reminder SMS. I did the same and reply with YES. Now waiting for the other side response.
