Tabasum ap nay nts representative say kitnay bjay baat ki chief supervisor ki all pakistan may 200 seats thi agar chief supervisor ki district wise bharti huwi huwi to all pakistan kay more than 100 districts hain to lahore kay hisay chief supervisor ki 2 seats ati hain lekin agar lahore ko big district gin kar 5to7 kay darmyan darmyan bhi chief supervisor ki seats di jaen to i think chief supervisor ki seat ka interview laazmi ho ga kyun kay sirf lahore district may jahan maximum chief supervisor ki 5to7 seats ho sakti hain wahan ap kay 73 marks say ziada at least 20 candidates kay chief supervisor ki post par marks honay hain ye maira andaza hai bura na manayay ga plz

Actually, NTS doesn't conduct its tests in every district of Pakistan. There might be very rare instances in which NTS has conducted tests in centres other than its regional centres. So, the main criteria is number of students who appear for any particular test. Accordingly, the centres like Lahore are the centres which remain busy almost every weekend for the NTS tests. Therefore, there must be more seats for these districts (like Karachi, Islamabad and so on).

Lahore ki zyada seats hain. baqi districts ma km tsts conduct hotay hn. and Tst k sath qualification or degree ki b weightage thi tst k pattern pe mention tha. 100 marks tst k or 100 marks degree k. so out of 200 marks anaay the... or usi ki basis pe selection honi hai... ab agay dekhain kya hota ha Allah behtr kre.

you can find your desired info here. I think only graduate degree will be weighted not inter or matric.
There is no info about interview till now.
