No you shouldn't assume that nys is not transparent in its recruitment. NTS is very much sensitive in its own staff. I have noticed it myself.

i was selected in punjab police as a SI i have to go for trainig in september most probably then i think it will become tough to me to go for that part time job during training.

They didn't disclose their shortlisting criteria which is an absolute violation of transparent recruitment moreover they should publish a list of all staff called for workshops on their website to ensure fairness of this process.

What is the point of asking about transparency regarding this message? NTS didn't publish list of shortlisted candidates publicly and for me and many others this is not a transparent way of recruitment. Still no one exactly knows about the shortlisting criteria and this is not a trustworthy way of doing such business (testing & evaluation).

Then what is the worth of training workshops? It seems or eventually evident that NTS is lacking towards uniformity in their policies across the country.
