Seems that NTS will give you exposure of invigilation duties as an invigilator and then later they'll appoint you as Chief Supervisor. The amount you shared is the old one and it means that it is not increased.

Yes the amount hasn't increased but some invigilators told that the tax percentage has increased from 10 to 15.
The fact is that nts has already a big staff of invigilators and supervisors. And the old staff was ist allowed to submit their forms for these recruitments as cs and tcs.but later they were not allowed to sit in the tests and they were told that they will be recruited/promoted in 2nd phase. The conclusion I got from this scenario is that until and unless nts doesn't start conducting its tests in almost all districts of Pakistan, nts cannot accommodate its staff. One staff member in the current position have to wait for months for its turn of duty.
Anyways don't get disheart. Hope for the best always. And this is a part time job and income with heavy responsibility on the shoulders wether you are invigilator or TCS/CS..... zero tolerance for neglegence if you are cought.

NTS has no proper framework of hiring. I got 83 marks in CS test, they didn't call me for workshop instead they asked me to be on duty as invigilator. I went there just to get idea that how things work or may be they require us to do invigilation duty for some short period to get us trained but no written letter of appointment is given. No guidelines are provided, and according to people there on NTS test center , you cannot be a CS just because you got higher marks in test or you have higher qualification, you have to work there for God knows how many years to be a CS so just say yes to each duty as invigilator and don't ask questions.

Now is there anyone who can guide me that what should I do? I tried to call on NTS helpline but every time my call gets dropped.

DD in our workshop told us that ist few duties wil be yours training and this training will come only by doing practically your duties. And then you will assigned on yiur posts. And I too was selected on CS marks and performed duty as an invigilator. But what I learned there was that for becoming a CS yiu should have been an invigilator and then test center supervisor so in order to know the proper channnel and procedures. And the problems cases that may come as an invigilator and TCS. So don't worry Allah will reward us just perform your duties and leave the rest on ALLAH. At first my ego did hurt when I was called for invigilator but when I left my ego every things become smooth. I endorse you that nts has no proper hiring system this is because NTS is a new organisation having only twelve years of experience and the staff and projects it got are very high. So theu themselves are not trained enough to accommodate staff properly. Amd there is always a room for improvement and this organisation needs lots of improvement. For that people like you and much more well educated energetic people will have to work hard. So be hopeful and Allah will give you opportunity to play your part.

Yes the deputy director told us about training duties as invigilator first then they will allot positions to CS & TCS subject to their satisfactory performance during initial sessions. Currently net amount is 800 for an invigilator per shift.
