I met with CMA officials in Quetta a week ago with my friend who has been appointed as Senior Auditor. I asked them regarding the on going process of junior Auditors too. They told me that as the new CCMA has been appointed and he has finalized the process of senior auditors, his next priority will be to finalize the process of Junior Auditors too as the same is pending for a year.

He told me that their are 2 options :
1- we send appointment letter directly to those who have cleared the tests and are on merit.

OR

2- Those who have cleared the initial phases of test will be called for interviews.

Now lets see...............

The same thing was told to my a guy working in MAG.
Besides I don't think so that thy will appoint someone without interview. Let see.. hope for the best.

itas over a freind of mine told me that peoples are interviewed and joined as well those who failed never called again so its fruitless to discuss more upon it
