Operating cycle = Inventory T/O + Debtors T/O
= 30 + 15
= 45 days


Inventory velocity & Debtor Velocity are interchangeably used as Inventory Turnover and Debtor Turnover respectively.

what is cleaning account? carvan ki senior auditor ki book men accumulated depreciation dya huwa hy answer yeh,
Millitary account k test men bhi yeh question dya huwa tha.
But i couldnt understand it, plz guide me

The discount allowed on issue of shares is nominal a/c or real a/c?

and

Expense and Expenditure are different or same in nature?
