It means they will upload preselected list today. if not today then sure they will upload in the next week.

Don't worry brother. Wait for pre selection list. Those who are receiving letters from FPSC is only because of some objections in their document.

What is your friend's case no? Is it 26/2016 or something else? On 20th January 105 and 147/2016 are issued.

Yes are right dear, Those whos document is completed in all respect are not receiving letters from FPSC.
