The figure of Rs 43,960 is the maximum basic pay you will get after 30 increments i.e. after 30 years. It is only the basic pay other allowances will be added. So if there is a new inductee in BPS 16, he will get a basic pay of Rs 12,910 so by adding other allowances it will not be around 40+ but barely making it to Rs 30,000. How could a Govt. employee don't know this?

in education i have only add Bachelor not fsc matric IS it ok ???

I have also did the same mistake but don't worry, first if you qualify the written test then fpsc will again send you biodata form for filling up your professional, academic and personal information in accordance with their requisition, if you are eligible accordingly than don't worry about anything at any step, only concentrate on preparation, GOD bless you with success and all the deserving candidates too, pray for me also..

No you aren't. Bachelor must be with accounting & auditing is necessary
