Anyone called for the post of office assistant? and what about its seats?

hope you all are doing well. i have my interview tomorrow for the post of DMO. please do share your experience of the interview as many of the candidates are going to be interviewed today.

bro, if i reach at 12 o clock tomorrow, would it be a problem for me because i would come from islamabad.

Going from islamabad is not a problem, but 12 o clock is problem off course.
I went from my district [Bannu] on interview day, and arrived on time.
you need to wake-up at 4am, you get ready upto 5 am [breakfast, shower, prayer etc], you will have plenty of time to arrive to department,
10:30, 10:45 is not a problem.

Just back from the interview, it was a pleasant experience, the panel included the chief commissioner and two commissioners, all the three were really nice people, but the chief remained the most indulgent among them, in the first moment they said "suit bara pyara pehna he", and then asked about my qualification, distt, experience and then offerred some refreshments one of the commissioners asked me about the reasons of quitting my bank job, and we argued for quite some time, then asked if I believed people have the awareness about the RTS act, and how to educate people regarding this important act, the mediums used to ensure awareness, , the chief asked about family background, and schooling, ( they thought if I had been a beaconhouse kid ) in short it was like a table talk. The tough task was writing a piece about my biography, my city, my current Job, the RTS comm. And lots of other things, as advised by the cheif SB, , time was short and i was not satisfied with what I wrote there, still , the interview was a pleasant experience, i hope selection will be on merit , I don't know if academics are included, if yes, then I would say beat of luck to the academic toppers, if otherwise, I am quite hopefull for selection. Satisfaction is not only own selection, but it's the selection of the most competent and deserving candidate. Regards

Thank you Hamid, How many district candidates were shortlisted on 1st august, and how many more is expected to be shortlisted. I can't see any candidates from far flung district i.e kohistan, Shangla, Torghar etc. What about him. Any idea. Good luck brother.

Dear there were total 20 candidates I believe, from.karak, D.I Khan, Bannu, Nowshera, Swabi, Maradan, but yes atleast I did not see any candidate from the north, the interviewers asked a candidate from karak that whrbif he is given posting in kohistan, ... Brother if you have 64 +marks, then competition from.the north is negligible.
