It was general you can say it a screening interview.

The questions were related to team work and hard work with examples.

a quick round up of CV and some scenario related questions that are asked based on what you tell to the interviewer. Its not a panel interview

There will be a second interview that could be panel and final stage of the process.

R u sure its SECP.. and how u knew it .
Interviewer was reluctant to tell any thing about public sector organization.
