Default Trainee Vs Intership
I hope that this is not the case, yes i have heard that they offered something like 10k to the internees and work environment was not good buy i am hopeful that this would be different and it would be like OGDCL...if anyone else have info please do share here

Yes you are right.. Previous Employees were having bad time but remember they were hired on personnel basis no test/interview and were on daily wages.

This time they are conducting test and then interview means proper channel. if they have no plan to give any job then why they are giving training and they have also conducted test almost in every aspect of organization. so what is the purpose of so much huge hiring. why they are wasting government resources as KPOGCL is purely running on government funds no other resources like OGDCL. if they are giving 25K to trainee then think about one month budget and then yearly budget.

In my opinion they will select the trainee for job but on limited scale after completing training.

Lets hope for the best..?
