Lecturer position..... Koi bta skta ha k marks ki percentage kese nikale ha , academic marks ki. I did not understand how they evaluate on scale of 32.

Academic ka formula total obtain marks(sum of all marks matric to required degree) ÷ total marks ( sum of all marks matric to required degree) × 30

Merit list is confusing. As per their criteria i-e 60 marks are required for interview. For administrator male only 13 candidates are fulfiling criteria for 10 seats and interestingly none of the female candidate has scored 60.
