Today I recieved a message to deposit 1000 rupees for test for trainee officer (OG1) up to 26-09-2016.

Is there any challan form? I can see one link on POF website but it says to deposit the fee and submit the form mentioning the desposit date, branch and other few things just like FPSC applications.
