2 days ago i contacted pts and they told me that they will announce result of all posts under this ministry together by the end of January

PTS is a laziest testing service, about one and half month passed to screening tests, there is no result declaration yet announced. For clerical positions they will have to arrange typing test meanwhile we have to wait for extra one and half month after screening test result announcement and later have to wait for typing result and final results. What rubbish is the policy they have fixed.

I need to ask about Sub engineer Civil test. Is it conducted yet? If not then when is it going to be conducted?

All tests have been conducted except Civil Engineer post, the test of civil engineer is expected in the coming sunday or the last week of january. The matter behind too much late in result announcement is only the said remaining test of Civil Engineer, as soon as it takes place result will upload in a week.

Test syllabus comprises;
(1) English
(2) General Knowledge
(3) Islamic Studies
(4) Pakistan Studies
(5) Subject Relevant
The test criteria for all positions is same.

The test for the post of Sub Engr ( Civil ) is still not conducted.
I dont know why PTS is delaying too much.
