I sent the application form with original slip and 2 photos and forgot to attache the documents with the application form .what should i do. time is over for the apply .will they accept the form or not plz suggest me

I think issue to nahi hona chahye because apki sab info form mein hogi..but phir bhi aap PTS pe call kar ke pata karein.

just application form along with orignal fee receipt(pts copy), 2 pictures only

Read number 16 option in application form, where it is clearly mentioned that documents are required.
