Same issue, my sister forgot to put her thumb impression on application and they rejected it, even we called ots after realised our mistake and the person at the ots said thumb impression is not an issue and no need to send application again and now they reject it. It looks as we had applied for job in ISI and they had to put candidate's family and personel record from that finger prints . Anyways those facing same issue should raise it to ministry of foreign affairs to let them know so that the issue may get resolve. Dont expect anything good from ots

Yes ma'am I was thinking the same to complain to MoFA and Establishment division regarding this issue.. But I don't know the proper process to reach to MoFA and Establishment division. I need to be guided by seniors. And also I Alone can't do any thing unless all people do the same.

I applied for both, Cypher Assistant and Assistant in MOFA through OTS.
now the status shows that for Cypher my application has been declined and for assistant no record found....

what rubbish it is...

for logding a complain, password is need. but i forget the password and there is no way to recover...

what to do now????
