How come there are several tests for the same post? Couldn't they make it on the same day?

I have lost the orginal treasure receipt / chalan from can I appear or any solution of it? I submitted fees within due date after submission Lost the receipt I also downloaded roll number slip which is fine help me in this regard...
I also have picture of the recipt with bank stamp.
