Please guide me...
In bio-data form, it has been written that certificates issued only by the controller examination of Board/University would be acceptable.
Would certificates issued by deputy controller be accepted?

Thats not problem, you have to send your degrees you have, not a problem but if 0.01% problem occurs they will notify you in pre-selected list.

As we know Experience was not required if someone wants to mention his or her experience then is it necessary to send according to Annex A?

The problem is that i have not been given my bachelor's degree yet. I have submitted an application for obtaining my degree, it will be awarded to me in 20 days. So now, instead of degree, i have a certificate showing that have submitted an application for obtaining the degree and it will be awarded to me in due course of time.
Hopefully, it is not a big issue.

I am sending experience certificate of govt department, but their own ready made format.
I think if you are permanent govt servant then Annex-A will be required.

I think they will ask your degree in pre-selected list then you have to send it, list will be displayed approximately after 2 months.

a.o.a friends
please help me to solve my query. i am a goverment servent wirh 1.5 year exprience..i have to submit dpc along with my document..i want to ask what would happen if i mention about my job in bio data foam and apply for dpc but my deoartment not issued dpc to me ??would i be disqualified from this job?

If they are not giving you DPC, ask him again and again, request him.
if they dont give DPC, forget it and apply without experience, because there is no need of experience.
If you mentioned your experience in online submission in beginning, i think this will be disturbing, then ask from fpsc through mail or call them. tell them your problem very clear.

Can anyone tell me from where i can arrange my Fpsc first form .. jo start ma apply krne k time pe fill kiya ta?
I actually do not remember what experience i had written on it.
I need that form for better interview preparation. Please guide

if you had not saved application after apply online then there would be no option to see it again, because that option will be only for current advertisement .for confirmation click this link http://online.fpsc.gov.pk/
