while filling the form of inspector inland revenues .they ask date of declaration of result day month and year
.while in marksheets and degree certificates there is only passing year .where from do i get date of declaration result particularly day month year .plz help how to fill such column properly accurately

You can write an application to FPSC mentioning your correct district of domicile when you submit documents after qualifying written part.
