Inspector IRS is like a UDC or clerk, if you don't know the work and technical work aspects of the field.

If your incharge (DC) is a good, polite n cooperative person than maybe he will guide you, let you learn the facts and working or you will be like a postman/clerk..

There is no facility of PROPER SITTING ARRANGEMENT, you have to organize and manage your place, desk, chair and computer etc. even stationary... It means you will not be given these basic facilities n environment by default.. You have to struggle or wait for getting it or have to purchase n manage your own.. (i hv joined 1 month ago n still there is no proper sitting arrangement done for me, no proper desk n chair for me specially/..jahan dil chaha betho wrna koi or beth gaya to kuch or jaga talash karo ...like this)

Computer n internet arrange/avail karwana bhi boht bari achievement he qk ye sab nhi milta sab khud karna parta he bth bhag dor karni parti..muje abtak na desk khud ki mili na pc na net na kuch..

There is No Proper distribution of Water (to Drink), ek dafa dispenser me bottle lagti he then sab usme se apni personal bottle bhar lete hen phir dispenser 2 ghante me khali.. then canteen se roz apna pani lo ya ghar se bari bottle lao... :p

Inspector, UDC, LDC etc ko koi tea nhi milti canteen jakr piyo at ur own expense..even day me 1 time ki tea bhi nhi milti..

Washrooms... ka bura haal he masjid k w/s usse zada ache hote hen... and basin me khara pani ata he (salty).. :p :@

1 MONTH HOGAYA JOINING KO BUT ABHI TAK HAMARI PAYSLIP ISSUE NHI HUI PAYSLIP Issue karwane k liye pese dene parenge 2-3 hazar then banegi next month phir 3-4 mahine baad salary ayengi with arrears..or agr pese na khilao to 6-7 mahine bad ayegi salary ya shayad 8. to agr AGPR me ksi k talluqaat hon to bht kam ayenge 4 issuance of pay.slip, meri abtak nhi bani..bs karwana he ye kam jald ab pese dekr hi karwana parega :/

Salary start me 35k gross and 32k net banegi, baki allowances 6 mahine baad ya 1 saal baad milenge phir 45k ban jaegi salary shyd.

Training joining k bad hoti he only 4-week training DOT me...jisme bs 10% cover karta he banda.. baki to kaam dept me hi seekhna hota he but masla ye he yahan asani se incharge kaam sikhata bhi nhi....aage piche ghoomna parega. To 6 month, 1 saal baad jakr work krna ayega AGAR TRAINING 3 YA 6 Month ko hoti to usme zahir he kaam sikhate khud sara but basic training ka duration is too short.

Promotion BS-16 wale ka kuch keh nhi skte 8-10 saal ya 15 saal but ummeed he hamari promotions OIR pe shayad 4-5 saal bad bhi hojaye to bright chances to nahi hen yahan promotion ke beherhaal.

All in all im alot disheartened n hurt by ths ground reality...:/
