As per Recruitment Rules applicable in Strategic Organizations, Last Degree should be in 1st Division!

They have also mentioned B.A/B.Sc (1st Div).

What salary and perks do they offer to SPS-4 Junior Assistant 1?

Salary is around 32 ~ 35k

Perks are: Free Medical Treatment for Self & Family (Wife & Children), For Parents' Medical Treatment, 3 years service is required, Transport Facility (after deduction of Conveyance Allowance), House Hiring, Pension & Gratuity etc.!
