I emailed Fpsc about the result and they replied result would be announced soon.(just an hour ago)

The internal employees have brought matter into the court and have obtained stay. The reason is they want promotion before new appointments are made so that their seniority may not be affected.

Sir @SRK

There are two possibilities as far as I perceive:
1)Court gives direction to BEOE to promote and then induct new people
2)Dispose Off case

As the decision is made the result will be announced within few days.

What about the petition number and other particulars of the case? I don't think so that there's some case going on..... Secondly, even if there is one, I don't think that it would affect the FPSC's work as, while making recommendations, the FPSC
always write on that 'Recommendation Letter' that the candidate/aspirant should not take that for an offer letter. The authority of extending offer/appointment letters resides with the institution........ Let's stop talking about this non-existent case and start waiting a bit more... Good luck!

Do you have letters from FS-II (FPSC), Contact FPSC Final selection Wing-II, they may guide you.
