Default Salary Difference?
Suppose there are two jobs of the same grade. One is permanent while the other is on contract basis. How much will be the difference in salary?

Always post the question with all the details, you asked "How Much" but you did not mention the GRADE hence a figure cannot be estimated

In a nutshell, on permanent basis, GP Fund, Benevolent Fund are also deducted, which makes Take Home Salary a little less than one on Contract Basis!

Assalam Alaikum

What is the take-home Salary of SPS 8 officer (non-technical) in MTC? Apart from the take-home/net salary, the house hiring is given separately or is included in it. Please lay out the salary structure in detail.

Well I wanted to ask generally not the exact figure. You have already answered that by mentioning the non-deduction of GP fund etc. Actually, I was wondering if any extra allowance is also given to contractual employees.... And if you have exact figure regarding BP-16 post in Health Department of Punjab, it can be further helpful.

SPS-08: 64897 (Gross Pay) [Non Tech]

House Hiring can be acquired separately, in this case, House Rent Allowance will not be provided then which is around 4 ~ 5k
