Ok lets talk about the job description and life/environment at NIE. If anybody has any clue, does share it because I am double minded whether to join or not. I am currently working in my home town with more salary than what NIE is offering but its BS-16. Plus joining NIE means that for the rest of my life I would have to live in Islamabad. So really need some serious advice.

Buddy living in Islamabad is difficult for someone on a government salary, especially if you don't own a house here. House hiring would help you but your house rent allowence would be deducted from your salary in that case. That's all I have to say about this. In the end it's your decision.
