Dear Rasheed899, can you tell us about police verification and medical certificate process, can we get these from our districts or that can be done through ministry of law and justice at Islamabad???

I don't even know about police verification. Sorry.
You have to visit the ministry first. They will get your signatures on the joining letter and they will give you forms for medical examination. They will send you to civil surgeon general who sits in G7/3 Islamabad. you have to reach there at 8:30 am without having breakfast. Remember don't take any breakfast or they will send you back. They will take your blood test, urine test and x-ray and will ask you to come after 3 days to get the results.

Means there is not any need for police verification!!
Only original certificates and 2 character certificates from grade 17 officers.

Can these position be transferred from Islamabad to other cities? Does anyone have some information about it.

I am very confused about joining. I live in Karachi and I am posted in Islamabad. Can I request my authority to transfer me from Islamabad to Karachi after sometime?

Please help!
