An important point to be noted:

There is no PENSION Facility in PPRA even if you are selected on Regular Basis. So choose wisely if you are already have a good job.

What will be salary of Assistant?
I think if there is no pension system then salaries should be high than other departments because i heared in some departments where there is no pension system there salaries are high. Kindly clarify it if you have any knowledge regarding salaries of PPRA employees.

Salary is comparatively higher than other departments, I have no idea of exact figure but I can guess that it would be around 50 - 60k for Assistant
