Do you or anyone else has any idea about terms and conditions of the contract?
Can a person leave in the middle of the project before completion of 15 months??

I think you are not bound and can leave but that would make you illegible for further opportunities.

Did anyone get any further updates regarding joining and the schedule of the training.
