I think it's first law. No change in state of a body untill an external force is applied.

yeah... in second law one needs to apply force to get acceleration. Free falling body should be free from application of external forces.

I think all 32 posts are on merit. So there will be no effect of the domicile.
One of my friend was saying that merit would be, 70+
