Yeap! you are absolutely correct.

But Dear! by considering the FPSC's old paper-data bank, one may hope that..... 3 powers would be consider as the right answer.

Concurrent list was abolished in the year 2010 through the 18th amendment, so 2 lists is the right answer, fpsc keeps on updating its data bank. Its not possible that a thing happened 7 years ago still not updated by fpsc

there is only one legislative list in the constitution now and there have never been 3 lists in 1973 constitution.

Especially after IB's paper, now, i am of the view that along some fresh data, old data bank is also in excessive use of FPSC so far.

Otherwise, they did not tease us by asking questions of 90's, which were right at that time but have not remained valid now.

Would you believe that....

it was asked that.....which one is the world tallest building?(and you know, Burj Khalifa was not present in the option)

Worlds largest Mosque?(and surprisingly Masijid e harram was not given in the choices)

Worlds hottest place?(again, the right option-Aziziya was not present in the given options )


And Please also Note that .....all these above and a number of other questions ,which had almost similar sort of stuff, were not even provided with the choices of ''None of These''.

i was shocked when saw an mcq asking... "Donkey meat was prohibited during which war".....

Brother why did you shock? this is a valid question, the answer is that, on day of Jang-e-Khyber donkey's meal had been prohibited....
