there is always a confusion when FPSC gives a list of subjects and write " OR EQUIVALENT" what does that exactly mean.
has any one ever called them and asked about it??

i know in the case of this job that all who chose economics, maths or stats, etc are eligible. but in case of lecturer job there are certain subjects like International relations, liberal arts or women studies that are not taught at colleges but a person with such degrees shoul be allowed to teach history or political science at college. they don't even confirm a candidates eligibility till the end of the written results and interview and this means wait of several months. It's cruel to allow anyone sit for the test and then at the end say to them that they arent eligible.

Anyone experience that with FPSC jobs? got disqualified due to his/her degree? please respond and help others.

FPSC should have mentioned senior auditor jobs in categories such as, Foreign affairs department , Post office and Sub office , as they mentioned in Junior Auditor jobs. At least any candidate could have applied on his/her preferences.

I am working as a senior auditor at PMAD. Those having Bachelor Degree or have studied , commerce, maths, statistics BBA, are eligible to apply. Don't be confuse on eligibility. Just apply. At interview the interviewer dont ask more about degree. They only ask what you have learned similar to Accounting, auditing, Statistics and economics. Thank

There is clearly mention,what is the combination of subject needed for this job,needless to ask I am eligible or not.

First read the whole ad,which given even the tentative date of written exam.I doubt the ability of our fellows about reading and understanding advertisement unfortunately.

Dear freinds i am ACCA qualified but does not have bachelors degree do i meet the qualification criteria

No engineer/Doctor/sociology/political science/simple arts/ non commerce are elligible

Syllabus of 80% will include Accounting, Audit pre & post , Economics and some question will be related to Statistics I guess so. How you people say
