After applying online, we have to send original, attested documents, online application or bank deposit slip to FPSC?

No. You don't have to send anything to fpsc. At the time of test you have to provide original bank challan. If you qualify the test then fpsc will ask you to submit required attested photocopies of documents with bio-data form.
