Is this the basis for your claim that promotions have been made? The promotions we are talking about is for a large number of people, EOs, ADs, DDs etc, and not just one or two persons.

With all due respect Khalid Bhai, it seems you haven't worked in any Government Organization. The thing with promotion is that, Government organization cannot promote a singular person, since it is considered biased and regarded as nepotism. Especially in case of EOBI, that have a very power Union.

Director Reconciliation was just an example other have been promoted as well. But if you still believe that these recruitment shall be barred. Than think as you please, but please don't misguide anyone and good luck with your recruitment

If highest to lowest marks are not published on NTS, then there is zero transparency. I think the essays are being marked, otherwise it should not take this much time. But it will be complete waste of time to mark essay of every candidate. only top 7 or 8 persons`s essays should be marked.

Last time every thing was transparent so i hope this year every thing will be fine just wait..stay positive
