On a serious note I would say if you are unemployed and get selected here then don't pass out on the opportunity regardless of salary....as it comes under federal....and you can always keep on looking for better opportunities while working here...

Dear currently i am working as monitoring assitnt bps 16 salary 45000. But its fied job and is not permenant uptill.
I am also sure that i will be in merit for interview as i am with in 1st 20 of our center and 48 will b called for interview from kp.
Thats why i am asking. As i m not aware of thr salary and promotion structure of stat asst. Si if anyone know plz tell me

dear are you in the IMU Education ? As the IMU employees of Health have been regularised ? and if they are calling 48 candids for interview than is KP having 08 seats ? I have seen somewhere 04 Assistant Ministerial seats for KP.
And how much marx have you secured as there were alot of candidates appeared in Islamabad

yes. and we are going to be regularized soon IA. kp having 12 seats. according to my source the merit of kp will fall to 55.

Most of the candidates in top 15 are from kpk,, the topper himself is also from kpk so i think kpk merit will b high

Yes bro. Look at those who appeared in peshawar center in 6012...series, topper might be from kp but after 65 marks the kp merit has fallen to great extent.

The offer orders Will be issued on written score based...either there will be no interview or interview will be just for the verification of documents having no weightage.

There will be an interview and it would carry 30% weightage.

This has been the case with previous recruitments of PBS and the same procedure will be followed for the total 216 posts announced this time as well.

Note: What do you think they wouldn't even see your face.....wouldn't questions from you.....get to know about your communication and interpersonal skills and just blindly handout appointment letters based on written test marks ??

And do let us know how are you planning to differentiate people having equal number of marks and falling within the number of seats ?? Don't tell me just because somebody's roll number was above mine and we both have the same number of marks.......he gets the seat and i don't ???
