You are talking about statistical assistant but for assistant ministerial the situation is slightly different with only 13 seats in the entire country and only 5 open seats in Punjab....the competition is much tougher for that post. I lie between 5-10 for assistant ministerial... And am hoping to squeeze into those 5 seats...so interview performance for assistant ministerial i think would be crucial.
Would be a shame not to get selected even after scoring 71 marks...

Bro, do not worry you will get offer letter. Some candidates did not come for interview despite of being top performer.

In Sha Allah, You also keep this in mind and yes you are right i gave interview for statistical assistant post. I am not sure what they will ask in ministerial post.

Before, this interview i searched alot but no body had shared interview experience regarding statistical assistant post.

With the help of this forum, my interview experience has been recorded and hope may be it will help any of my brother.

Interview was just introduction, qualification, your current job , family information etc. If you are fresh then your general knowledge and islamiyat will be tested. Try to show them some experience or some specific area whare you are well prepared. Otherwise, they can ask tough question from you.

As per my experience, interview will not make any significant difference. The offer letter will be issued based on nts marks. . May be interview has some little impact but i dont think it has some sognificant difference on appointment.

Nts Marks 58. i belong to KPK. i gave test from Lahore centre. Correspondance address is also of Lahore. Post is statistical assistant. Thats why they scheduled my interview at Lahore. i am very satisfy from panel behavior.

Dear brother peshawari,

Final merit formula is 70 % * nts marks + 30%* interview marks.
As per my personal observation no marks for experience, qualification etc, even they did not check academic grades.

NTS marks will have major impact on selection.
