Correct me if I am wrong but different panels are taking interviews in different cities ?? Or a single panel is suppose to visit all the cities to take interview ??

Usually a DSC (Departmental selection committee) is formed by the respective Dept and it visits all the cities where the interviews are being conducted so similar standard of marking can be achieved.

Default Shortlisting criteria
Dear brother (Arsenal),

What is shortlisting criteria of every test. If there is one 1 seat, thus they will shortlist 05 candidates or more. Like NBP recent announced TO result, they shortlisted 1563 candidates.


Basically i have given test for BPS-16 which have only one post, and i am at position 06 according to NTS marks.

Should i prepare for interview or there is no chance, they will shortlist only top 05 candidates.

Usually the criteria is 5 person per seat but I think you should prepare for interview.....because you are so close at 6....maybe 8,9 would have been a different story......but at 6 i think you should definitely prepare as you may never know.

I have interview for both posts on different dates should I appear twice ?? And which post is better ministrial or statistical ??

I know there were interviews today as well.......come on people stop hiding and share your interview experiences and specially GK and islamiyat part.

You need to appear for both posts......both posts are better in their own respect

But the most important thing you need to keep in mind is that you need to share your interview experience

I am from Sindh Urban. And interview will be general and easy so dont worry

One of friend already stat asst told me that one commette is made of 3 members. They are conducting interview all over pakistan.
