Done with my interview yesterday at regional office Peshawar. The time for interview was 9 am but interview was started at 11 am. There were four members panel in which two members were from head office, one from ministry, and the other was provincial chief of SMEDA.

Questions they asked me.

What is SMEs?
What is the difference between a business plan and a pre-feasibility plan?
What is director indirect cost?
What is 360 Appraisal system?
What is prerequisites for conducting a research?
How you will conduct a training?
What is business types?
What is public limited company and statutory body?

The other questions were related to my jobs and experience etc.
They were spending 20 to 30 minutes on one candidates and take interview in very details.

Are there interviews started in Sindh province too? anyone have information about it?

I don't know about that but one person contacted me regarding interview questions from Karachi his interview was on 11 January, 2018 for Management associate. He also told that there were other people also for other posts but he did not talk them regarding their interviews for which posts.
